If you are contacting us about a product please have the brand, product name and receipt to hand. To speed up your query further, please also have the Barcode, Batch Number and the product's Best Before/Use by Date (if applicable).

If you have cause for concern, please contact us, as we’re happy to help. We don’t currently subscribe to an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) scheme as we will always attempt to resolve any complaint efficiently and professionally.
If you’ve been in touch and are unhappy with our resolution, please let us know. If you remain unhappy with any final resolution, we’re required to let you know about ADR. The full list of ADR providers, and more information on ADR, can be found on the Chartered Trading Standards Institute (CTSI) website. The list of ADR providers is regulated by the CTSI.
